Mountain Fit


Designed to specifically establish foundational strength and conditioning program for the “outdoor” athlete, this class will emphasize the needs of those individuals that use Mother Nature as their playground. Hikers, trail runners, adventure racers, mountain bikers, and backcountry hunters will all benefit greatly from the outcomes achieved through this program.

Emphasized principles include muscular endurance, aerobic capacity, rucking (weighted hiking), eccentric leg strength (for those muscle ripping descents), and unbreakable trunk/core stability. The class will include both indoor and outdoor components.
