This is our newest and biggest program we offer! Created by co-owner and head coach Sarah Whitmore, FightBurn is a body weight only class.  This class combines choreographed striking, BJJ and wrestling techniques to music and has been dishing out a huge calorie burn.  This class is ALL LEVELS with NO previous experienced required at all! Bring a towel though, and get ready to BURN IT DOWN with us!
