Each class is 5 rounds each 5 minutes in length. During these rounds we will transition for working striking on the bag onto a multitude of other fitness movements.
This conditioning class focuses on developing the cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance needed to be able to stand and throw consistent powerful strikes for prolonged time periods. The class will primarily utilize heavy bags, Kettle Bells, Plyometrics and Body weight movements.
This is a great class for beginner athletes looking to build endurance levels, trim body fat, and learn some basic martial arts movements, but can and will be made individually challenging enough to benefit even the most seasoned competitive fighter.
